agent log on

    I am currently testing different flavors of Asterisk-based PBX's for a future call center solution. Feature-wise, Elastix seems to be the winner, but I'm still learning about it.

    I created a queue (1500), and two extensions (1001 and 1002). For the agent 1001 to log on to queue 1500, one needs to dial: 1500*, then 1001#. The problem is that I want an agent on a certain extension to log himself onto that queue only! Apparently anyone can log anyone on or off the queue. The queue password is not enough, as it is not unique to each agent. Am I missing something?
