Agent Log Back In

    Hi,

    I am able to successfully impletended the CallCenter module.

    The only problem I am running into is after an agent logs in then logs out (by pressing the LOG OUT button on the Agent Console), if he comes in and tries to log in the next day, it will not ring his extension.

    Unless, he changes his SIP extension to another number, reloads his softphone, then put that new number as his extension it will ring.

    The CLI shows nothing but the manager connections.

    Do you guys think it has something to do with the AMI Sessions in configurations, it wont let me put it to 0 for persistent???
