agent console doesn't shows

    I have elastix 1.1.7 with extensions, a queue, a sip trunk, an operator user, default incoming routes and a default outbound route.

    In the call center module I setup an incoming calls campaign with my only queue, I created also 4 agents with agent numbers 1 to 4.

    I login to elastix with my operator user and go to callcenter tab and call center console. I enter the agent number and my extension (104), phone rings I enter the agent password with my phone and I recieve the message that agent is logged in and start to listern the hold music. However the agent console never shows up after these, even if I go to asterisk console via ssh I can see that the agent is registered with 'show agents' command.

    I activate php error log and found that when I submit the agent console register form some errors appear in the log:

    Does this events have anything to do with the agent console not appearing?
    what can I check to fix this problem?

    I solved the problem
    What I did was using 4 digits on queue number and agent number and making sure the incoming queue was placed as my destination on my default incoming route.
