Agent Can't login

    Hello,

    I've created an agent and followed all the instructions on the manual.

    But I can't login on the console agent, I don't get any error message, simple does not do nothing.

    Help appreciated,

    What version of Elastix and call center are you using?
    As well, on the agent console, are you sure that you are choosing an extension that is registered? Because, if the extension isn' t registered, it will not ring, and you wont be able to login.

    Thanks for your answer.

    Callcenter: 1.5
    Elastix: 1.5.2

    The extension is registered and the phone ring and I can login.
    I can login with the phone, but not with the web agent console.

    I've tried with IE and Firefox withe the some result.

    So when you go to the agent console page enter your agent number eg 100 and on the drop down box select your extension eg 1000. Does phone extension 1000 ring ?

    Also when you do this can you see the calls or errors on the asterisk console ?

    If it rings what happens when you pick up does it ask for your agent password ? Is this where it is failing ?

    Can you log in as a agent via dialing *8888100 (100 being your agent number) it then should ask for your password ? Can you log in ?

    Also try changing your softphones or ip phones to rfc3833 see if that helps ?

    I can login in the phone, but not on the console.

    Meanwhile I have some questions:

    - On the agent configuration I don't have any field to associate with a Queue like in the manual.

    - When I create a Queue, I don't have any password or static agents

    Is this correct ?

    In your queue you need to define the agents you created ie agent 100 should be put as a static agent as A100

    the same problem i have.

    even if i put A before extension number in Queues,

    -i select agent number and extension
    -i click enter buton on the agent console.
    -the page freeze in IE and FireFox Mozilla.

    When i install elastix and call center module, it works but if i restart elastix it doesnt work anymore...

    :(

    Could you help me about it?

    i would buy support ticket, but i read it not valid for 3rd party software like call center.

    If you want to buy a ticket I would ask palosanto, after all Call Center is developed by them.

    Alright, i'll buy support ticket if my problem will be solved. You can ask them.

    Here is the problem:

    -i've installed the Elastix v2.3.0
    -i've made network settings.
    -i've created an extension.
    -i've created a trunk and a outbound routes.
    -i've created a queues
    -i've installed call center module.
    -i've created a form and a campaign.
    -When i login to agent console, everything's ok.
    -Elastix predictive dialer dials the number, then connect the cal lto the agent.
    -Everthing's is perfect !

    But:

    -if i unplug the electricity from the Elastix server an plug it again.
    -Then start Elastix server
    -i can call outside by using outbound routes and trunk without any problem.
    -But if i try to login on agent console, the page freeze (nothing happens)
    -Wherever i click from that moment, nothing happens.
    -if i delete history and cookies, Elastix login page opens and works
    -if i dont try to login agent console by web screen no problem.
    -i dial *8888 then agent number, then i input my password folliwing by # key.
    -i listen to music but no calls.

    -if i try to stop elastix dialer on call center configuration page, nothing happens.
    -i try to stop and restart it on rook screen also. but it fails.

    [root@localhost ~]# service elastixdialer restart
    Stopping Elastix Dialer: [ OK ]
    Starting Elastix Dialer: Signaling termination to PID 2952...
    Waiting for PID 2952 to terminate...


    Session terminated, killing shell... ...killed.
    [FAILED]

    If you are able to do it, test it in version 2.2 of Elastix.

    I must say I have seen some problems regarding Call Center Module in the latest version, for instance, not appearing in the cdr. I follow some of those bugs, and seems to be fixed, if you enable beta-repos and do an upgrade to latest 'unstable' version, could fix your problem also, but it´s have some risks...

    As for:
    I`m not related to palosanto, so I`m not suitable for this.

    i will try to update by typin "update yum" on root screen.

    if it doesnt help, i will install Elastix v2.2.0

    also how can i download latest Call center module. i want to install it via developer module.

    After update yum:

    when i try to login agent console, it gives error:

    Cannot start agent login - (internal) getagentstatus: tcp://localhost:20005: (111) Connection refused

    i see elastix dialer is running.
    and elastix dialer password is correct.

    Cannot stop the elastix dialer...
    i think elastix dialer doesnt running. but it shows it is running.

    its date is 2011-11-07
    And Elastix v2.2.0 and elastix-callcenter-2.1.1-0

    My Elastix and call center version is different them.

    Also i dont know spanish well.
    as i understand there is no solution yet ??
