Hi there, I have a little problem ;)

When I recieve a call on extension A and I forward this call to extension B, the extension A is not reachable anymore. Neither from the outside nor from the inside. When I want to call this extension the answering machine is answering imediatly.

This problems occurs with all extensions / phones I have. (SNOM Phones)

After an asterisk restart everything works again...

any suggestions/ideas

Are you running the latest Asterisk? I thought they were supposed to have fixed that in 1.4.9.

I'm running 1.4.5... so I think that's the problem.
What is the easiest way to upgrade to min. 1.4.9 ? Or maybe the whole elastix...

Probably the easiest would be the following command:

yum update asterisk

If you're running Elastix 0.8-4, I wouldn't just do "yum update", since it updates some packages that break the web interface. Hopefully that'll get fixed soon. For a more complete update, you could try:

yum update --exclude freePBX --exclude elastix

That seems to work okay, at least in my testing.
