Advanced reporting software

    Hello everyone,

    There is a site or software that you are able to install on Elastix or Trixbox that is able to generate more advanced reporting but I for got the name or does any one know how any better ones.

    I need to be able to generate reporting like hold time, droped calls, wait on in The q, agent reporting ect.

    any help would be great.

    I think Asteric Call Center Stats could be usefull an it has a free version.

    But i´m trying to find a way to install it on my system with Centos 5.4 since last Friday with no results. If you find something please tell me.

    A lot of good links in this post... Perhaps they should be in an FAQ or something. :)
