    Hi there

I have three incoming routes through two sip trunks. They work fine, but I need to identify the incoming call additional to the number is calling. I see the caller id info of the number that is dialing into the queue, but I do not know from which inbound route the call is coming to the call center agents, how do I add an identifier to the incoming caller ID?

I try to put the CID name prefix in each incoming route, but it did not work.

    Waiting for your comments

I'm using the CID prefix on my different inbound routes and it does work. I see the prefix in front of the name on my cisco 7960. Even after the superfecta caller id lookup.

I don't know how it works however in a queue.

Try to look in the log if the prefix was added, and if so why it is not propagated to your phones.
