hi everyone

I wanted to create a user for monintoring all of voicemails and call reports. for this goal i created a user and put it on an operator group with permission of voicemail and call report. afterthat I removed extension behind my extension in acl.db . but when i login with that extension it cant monitor all voicemail and call reports.
how can i create a user and group with permission of monitoring voicemails and call reports like administrator? thanks in advance

Hi arashino, wellcome to the forum!

I needed to do that some time ago, I think it was with Elastix 1.6 or older.
What I did it to create a user called testuser and change acl.db to assign him extension 0, like this:

/usr/bin/sqlite3 /var/www/db/acl.db "UPDATE acl_user SET extension = 0 WHERE name = 'testuser'"

Please check if this works for you, and also comment your Elastix version.
