I have just installed Elastix for a business environment with a vpn setup that consists of two different ip ranges for two separate offices (192.168.1.x and 192.168.2.x)

The Elastix server is sitting on the 192.168.1.x range with all extensions on with an ip in this range being able to connect fine. I am having the problem connecting extensions that have an ip address on the 192.168.2.x range.

I can communicate from 192.168.2.x fine to any PC on the 192.168.1.x range EXCEPT to the Elastix server.

Would I have to add a static route for the 192.168.2.x range on the elastix server?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Ben

Did you update the file sip_nat.conf to make you Elastix server work behind nat with SIP providers?

If yes you should have two localnet settings, one for each localnet your vpn have or at least one for each place a phone could register.

    Try that and we'll see..
