about the agent console

Hello, all

When a call dial into the Queue, if the called ended the call, on agent side:
- If hangup, then agent will log out automatically
- If don't hangup, then there will be beep sounds, and the line of this agent is busy, the calls cannot dial in

I think this is not the normal scenario, is it the problem or misusing of it?
