Aastra Call Answer

    Hi,
    I am having a problem with Aastra 57i's that the reception queue users are complaining about.
    If they are dialing a number and an incoming call comes into the queue, their phone stops the dialing and autoanswers the call.
    That feature is turned off in the phone, but it continues to occur.

    Any suggestions?
