A2Billing not stating proper amounts

I have a client whose system seems to drop or not state the first digit of the remaining balance of a cardholder. In particular this seems to happen when the recording is in spanish and as an example, should the cardholder have a balance of 110 - Ciento-diaz , the recording will only state diaz. Any ideas? How can I insert a pause to ensure that the recordings are not hanging on a call?

It appears that there is a bug in the text conversion module of Asterisk 1.4 specifically for spanish and french. The quick and dirty way to fix it (if you do not need or use english) is to set the language to english and then overwrite all of the english gsm files with the spanish ones.
