A question for the call center?

    Hi Everybody,

    We have established a small call center. But I want to do something like this, I would like to tell you with an example scenario;
    Subscriber calls;
    And my Asterix IVR plant welcomes him/her instantly…
    Subscriber will be guided to press ‘4’ in order to dial the PSTN or G.S.M. tel no’s of the person whom he/she wants make a telephone conference…

    System will dial the numbers via the trunk that I have established through my VoIP Provider, and will find the distinct subscriber and include him/her into the telephone conference.

    I have managed the connection to VoIP Provider but tele-conferencing sucks..How can we overcome such a problem..
