    Hi,

    I have an Elastix server. I installed 3 outbound trunks and added them in an outbound route. With every trunk where I call out I have 4 seconds of one-way-audio at the beginning of the call. People can hear me, but I don't hear them.

    I don't have the same problemn with inbound calls.

    Can anybody help me?

    hi.
    Do you have the QoS into your LAN?

    Prefer used the RTP priority (UDP).
    Vérify the better codec for your bandswintch.
    Exemple: For G711µ calling, (64k Bandswitch) => Bandswitch ethernet = 84,7Kb/s

    Bandwidth is not the problem. I use QoS.

    And the router's time rating...?!

    maybe make a:
    >ping ....
    >traceroute ....
    >traceroute @IP -p 10000 (RTP port)

    the time rate is good?

    Yeah, there's 1ms so that's fine.

    The other side can hear me fine, but it takes always a steady 4 second timeout to hear the other side. That's unworkable.

    Do you used the ethernet device and your switch, 100BT Full duplex?

    It's all 100mbit full-duplex. End to end dedicated to Voice.
