    Just want to explore whether possible Elastix server can be installed with 2 network interface cards with each pointing to a different internet network via firewall. I wanted to do this to allow remote extensions to switch between the internet network in case the current one is down or extremely slow.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Yes you can do that but remember that you will have to fix some config files if you going to use SIP devices to connect to your PBX, and you will have to redirect some ports to your IP elastix. If you have two internet conenections and just one firewall you cant do what you want, because you need to redirect the ports to just one IP in your firewall.

    I am having 2 firewalls but how to define entries in sip_nat.conf. Will it confuse if I define the following in sip_nat.conf:

    externip=218.23.151.241
    localnet=10.1.10.0/255.255.255.0
    nat=yes

    externip=60.53.185.241
    localnet=10.1.3.0/255.255.255.0
    nat=yes
