    Already connected 2 elastix each other peer to peer (sip-trunk-local network).Everything its ok. If we put the same extensions numbers, we don't make call for the same number to the other.Extension 302 try to make a call to 302 in the other side.
    the scenario works with prefix.

    trunkname=1site
    host=192.168.3.1
    username=
    secret=
    type=peer
    fromdomain=2othersidep2p
    insecure=very
    -----
    trunkname=2site
    host=192.168.3.2
    username=
    secret=
    type=peer
    fromdomain=1othersidep2p
    insecure=very

    the debugging after INVITE message:
    ----
    == Using SIP RTP TOS bits 184
    == Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5
    Sending to 192.168.3.1 : 5060 (no NAT)
    Using INVITE request as basis request - 51a25a0d7dd0c1aa067ef85b78919543@192.168.3.1
    Found peer '302' for '302' from 192.168.3.1:5060

    <--- Reliably Transmitting (NAT) to 192.168.3.1:5060 --->
    SIP/2.0 401 Unauthorized
    ----
    Found peer '302' for '302' from 192.168.3.1:5060

    <--- Reliably Transmitting (NAT) to 192.168.3.1:5060 --->
    SIP/2.0 403 Forbidden

    Any ideas? Thanks

    Thanks for your answer,
    I try that and i have the same result.

    peer details
    trunkname=1site
    host=192.168.3.1
    username=
    secret=
    type=peer
    fromdomain=2othersidep2p
    insecure=very
    callerid=whatever1
    ---
    peers details
    trunkname=2site
    host=192.168.3.2
    username=
    secret=
    type=peer
    fromdomain=1othersidep2p
    insecure=very
    callerid=whatever2
    ---
    Is that right?

    Asterisk answer with unauthorized because there is extension locally.
    Found peer '302' for '302' from 192.168.3.1:5060

    The peer to peer trunk negotiated without authentication (Only ips).
