    Hi,
    I have a stock 0.9.2-4 system which core dumps with following:

    [root@ng-pbx ~]# service asterisk restart/usr/sbin/safe_asterisk: line 117: 4818 Segmentation fault (core dumped) nice -n $PRIORITY ${ASTSBINDIR}/asterisk -f ${CLIARGS} ${ASTARGS} >&/dev/${TTY} </dev/${TTY}
    Asterisk ended with exit status 139
    Asterisk exited on signal 11.
    Automatically restarting Asterisk.
    mpg123: no process killed

    The system goes down when we call few specific numbers one of them is 7379279 ...
    This number is out of service and when I start to hear the high pitch bip from telco, it goes down ...
    How do I resolve that?<br><br>Post edited by: augustynr, at: 2008/04/11 04:56

    I run:
    yum update asterisk
    yum update zaptel

    and it seems like I run into problems with zaptel now
    when I run ztcfg -vv I get:
    ztcfg -vv

    Zaptel Version: 1.4.6
    Echo Canceller: OSLEC
    Configuration
    ======================

    Channel map:

    Channel 01: FXS Kewlstart (Default) (Slaves: 01)

    1 channels to configure.

    ioctl(ZT_LOADZONE) failed: Invalid argument
    Notice: Configuration file is /etc/zaptel.conf
    line 16: Unable to register tone zone 'us'

    Anyway to fix it?

    Maybe something happens to your indications.conf file

    Additionaly, please send us the asterisk core file that should be dumped in your /tmp directory.
