Having 2 problems, please help. hace 2 Años

First is when I login to my elastix server then click on the pbx tab the page turns white and shows nothing. All other tabs work fine if I go to them first.
Second when I receive a fax I get the email but no attachment, and when I go the fax visor and click on one of the pdf's I get this "The requested URL /faxes/recvd/Error CHMOD/fax.pdf was not found on this server."

sorry for my english. i have the same problem, go to Unnembedded freePBX, and verify if the modules are enabled. The second problem, i dont have any solution.i still searching the solution.
