Hi Guys

I have a problem. I would like a way for forward calls in my IVR to external extension.

my scenario is:

calls incoming ---> IVR answer --> opcion 3 --- should have go a external PBX.


please Help me .

What I would do is to create a custom extension from the web interface, and on the dial string box, I would put:
Local/1234@from-internal
Where 1234 represents the external number, same as I would have dialed it from any other internal extension.

I setting a custom extension but a I have another problem. when a call 3005(custom extension). this extension DIAL SIP/2000@IP my trunk SIP. And this call ringing just 3 time and the call stop in ext. 2000 (destination) but the costumer than called extension 3005 ring yet. Do you know understand ?

you were correct. When I made a custom extension my problem was resolved and another problem that calls and fall was a mistake in PBX external.

well .. the easiest way, Creat a normal ext ( as any ext ) & have it forwarded (always) to the number you wish to reach ..

any simple than this ?
I was having a trouble in making operator extension "0" to be dialed internally ( but cant be programmed on the phone) so I created 0 extension & forwarded it from the wen interface to the actual operator ext.

I have old-pbx-extension number 207. So I created an extension as 207 whose dial string is Local/207@from-internal as suggested by jgutierrez but when I try calling out it gives my busy tone. However I observed that if the extension number and the dial string number is different from each other, it works. For eg: 208 be the extension and Local/207@from-internal be the dial string, it works by calling 207 when I offhook the elastix station phone and dial out 208. This doesn't seem practical. Please tell me what is wrong with it and how to go about?
