Dear Experts,

I installed VTiger 5.4 under Windows XP and connect it to the Elastix 2.3.0 that installed in different IP address.
I see in the PBX Manager of VTiger 5.4 there is no option to select Asterisk 1.8 in the dropdown list and saved PBX manager configuration by selecting the Asterisk 1.6, however I still can see clickable phone number in the contact list as it supposed to be and able to click to call one of the extension in the contact list and see the call history in the PBX Manager page.

The question is how can I configure the VTiger 5.4 so that I can use the feature of the pop-up for incoming call to the extension since I do not see any pop-up windows when I receive incoming call on my preference extension.

Your popup issue is in the asteriskcliient.php I believe. Many have tried to get it working over time and any update will probably break it. It was riten for 1.4 and 1.6, there are many changes to 1.8 and above. Vtiger does not seem interested in updating this, to bad. Maybe they think it is too easy and anybody should be able to fix it? I have started using a different popup that seems to work for me with windows clients.
