"HookFlash like" transfer through SIP Channel 1 Year, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
Dear *,

I have the following conf:

WORLD -> BRI/PRI -> LegacyPBX -> SIP_CHAN -> Asterisk

Asterisk is seen by PBX as a SIP Extension.
I would like to setup an IVR inside Asterisk.

LegacyPBX is calling his SIP ext (Asterisk) on incoming calls.
Asterisk should be able to send HOLD message to the PBX and TRANSFER the call to the right LegacyPBX Extension.

Through DAHDI channel this is quite easy by using the Flash() application in the dialplan... what about on SIP channels?

Did I explain well my issue?
Thanx.

Hi Polpo!

I´m trying to conect a Philips PBX with elastix trough IP extensions of the Philips. The Philips extensions are acting like trunks in Elastix. Well, now i can made outside calls with elastix, trough Philips PBX, but when I call from any extension in Philips to the extension connected to Elastix i heard a busy tone.

My scenario is similar to yours.

Any recomendation?

Sorry for my poor English.

Greetings from Argentina!

Please send more details like:

- Philps system release
- Which kind of Philips extension are you using for call ? Analog, digital,ip
- Can you send me more details about Philips config? A backup?
- Can you send me more details about elastix trunk config?
- Any other info will be useful

We reached some good achievements, I hope we can help you.

Thanks.
