SOLVED: Outbound not working, Inbound calls OK 11 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
New install with a TE121. Inbound calls work fine, with outbound calls i am getting "All circuits busy" message. I have tried with 9 and 1 prefix, and without. Anything other than extensions and feature codes that I dial gets me this message. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
