Hello everybody!
Im having an issue with Call Recording, after a while, random time, call recording stops working. In ARI or in Elastix Monitoring i can see the calls but there is no recorded file.
I changed the recording folder from /var/spool/asterisk/monitor to /mnt/RECORDING (external USB drive).
The changes were made inside Elastix -> General Settings -> Recordings path and inside /var/www/html/recordings/includes/main.conf.php
After initial setup everything is working, also, after recordings stop working, only reboot will help, i tried to restart httpd deamon, am portal, asterisk but no go.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
