Hi everibody, I would like to notify in the agent console the call status in outgoing calls i.e. call failed, I tried to read the php code but I don't understand how console notification are made,some skilled php developper can help me ? Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.
