That is a tricky questions, because it depends on your server, on the amount of RAM used to process apache requests, also on the maximum execution time, and so on...
So basically there is no table with the number of lines per CSV, you will need to test it on your server, if the process hangs while uploading the numbers, it means that you have entered too much numbers
