Hi there

I want to know if this is achievable:

1)I want to have a big server with elastix call center installed and with the ability to have different agents and diferent queues working at the same time.

2) I want to have few users with supervisor privileges (to see ONLY certain queues and certain agents). Example:
supervisor CAMPAIGN A, can only see reports, agents and queues of the campaign A.
supervisor CAMPAIGN B, can only see reports, agents and queues of the campaign B.
supervisor CAMPAIGN C, can only see reports, agents and queues of the campaign C.
supervisor CAMPAIGN D, can only see reports, agents and queues of the campaign D.

That can be done, but it will require validations an customizations on the callcenter module (I don't know which file to edit, I would need to checkk all files on reports module).
Another option, is that you request it to sales@palosanto.com asking for such customization.

Another way would be the implementation of an external software like the one from Links hidden for unregistered users. Login or register Here. It has the advantage that it really lets you configure every little detail the way you want it.
That separation of campaigns by supervisors is pretty standard, though.
