Hi all, I'm a new user of Call center module.
I would like to generate call from an external software using AMI or inserting record to database in this way:
The agent login, from an external software select a customer and send number to call to Elastix call center.
Is there a way to make this or someone can help me to understand how call-center is working to make call?
