Probably the easier will be to install Mysql Workbench or HeidiSQL and make a SSH tunnel to your server (SSH tunnel is mainly a ssh conection to your server and then a conection for instance by root for your 'local' system). After that you should be able to see the asteriskcdrdb.
Or installing phpmyadmin (look in this forum for the version to install!), I don´t like it so that is my second choice.
