Every one I want setup an IVR solution in my elastix version 1.6.
I want when my recording run though elastix in IVR so In my recording we listen presss 1 to enter support department, press 2 to enter sales department and press 3 to enter marketing department. And then I press 3 and after pressing 3 I notice that ohh I would press 2 or 1. So If want one step back and want direct back like 1 how is possible.
please help I will waiting for your response.

Actually, we kind of need more information as to "where" you are going when you press "3" and want to go back to "1" or "2", but I'll try to give the best answer given what you have provided.

I am going to assume that upon pressing "3" to go to the "Marketing Department" we are going into an ACD Queue. Upon entering the ACD Queue for Marketing you might just announce that they have entered the Marketing Queue, if they feel their destination is an incorrect one, press "1" otherwise, hold for the next available agent.

On the ACD Queue definition you would define "1" as a "breakout IVR" and that IVR would be defined to go back to the beginning of the real IVR they started from.

my another question is when I call from external I listen my IVR but very slow in volume how to increase it. And I define in my inbound call fall in IVR. But after completion of my IVR call should fall in default extention but Its not done and repeating IVR.
What is the problem thanks in advance. I will waiting for your quick response.

First, the default extension must have "t" as option.
Second, the problem with volume it`s probably of the recording, or the recording method; for example if you record it with a phone directly to the elastix box, it should work, but I already see a couple of times where the sounds is lower or higher depending the phone you dial. Try to have the best record you can obtain and test it.

Thanks for reply and what do you mean by recording method I have a clear recording but when I submit this in elastix volume is very slow please can you tell me any shortcut to resolve this issue.
And 2nd thing is when I calling to outer side any land line and mobile so my voice is repeat what is the reason. please help me

I mean there other aspects in any recording, like frecuency, codec, when it was recorded, try to test a song in mp3, and see if it is the same behavior, if it´s not, it´s an issue with your recording.

I don´t understand the second,you mean "eco".

Well, that is not a simple task.
First of all (this is a recomendation for all the questions) go to the documentation:
www.elastixbook.com/libros/cuce/vol1/en/ -> in your case chapter 13.
There are other issues, if you are using a T1 or E1, and what your Card can do for you (echocancelation); but besides all that, You probably can´t take it all, the reason is also at the docs.
