TOPIC: Group Permissions Not Showing
#88622
Group Permissions Not Showing 6 Months, 4 Weeks ago Karma: 1
When I go to Group Permissions > Select Group there are 0 permissions shown. This just stopped working out of no where. Also, certain modules ACL items from my PBX are gone like the configuration tab. Also on my Admin user when I log in the ONLY tab that is showing is User Management. I know this is some sort of an ACL issue but I have no clue on how to modify the ACL through command line / db to change it back. Any help is MUCH appreciated!!!!

Is there a way to extract the menu.db and acl.db from a backup that I did last night?

I successfully restored my backup; however, when I select the any group and click show permission nothing shows up. Any ideas on that? Or do you think that I should still load up a new server and copy those in case my backup was flawed?

if you have any issue, I would do the fresh copy of both files, same as explainend on the previous link.

jgutierrez: I copied both files over and I get a "No Modules Found" error when I log in. I am running the Elastix 2.2.0 rc3 64 bit on my server and I copied the files from a Elastix 2.2.0 rc3 32 bit. Do I need to do it from a 64bit OS?

Are there any further suggestions on this. I have attempted to install the 64 bit server and transfer the files over with no success but I was grasping at straws. What I don't understand is how it just stopped working all of the sudden. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

Just as an FYI on this issue. I have NOT figured out a way to fix this; however, I have found some other information that I would like to share. If I load Elastix on another box and upload a backup file from my LIVE server to the new box the group permissions show up just fine. What I am thinking is something with the AddOn's have goofed up the group permissions viewing. The permissions are all still there and working just not displayed in the gui. Thanks!
