I haven't done it myself but a friend of mine is using Enlaces ocultos para usuarios no registrados. Inicie sesión o regístrese Aquí. I believe it is only available for GNU/Linux, but it would be really easy to install in an ubuntu installation:

Now if I want to give you a tutorial, how I can do?
I upload my tuto on youtube and I give you the link, or I give you the original file?

As I use windows XP, I use Wink program.
But this program save the result to .swf format.
I try to upload this file (this format) to youtube, and I wait the result.
I hope that will be right.

For video recording you can use Camtasia.

If you wan´t to speak you can use Loquendo TTS 6.5. Spanish voice are the best!

Camtasia could be good, but the price is very high

For instant, I try to find a video converter swf to mp4, avi, or other (free software). But it's not easy.

Having the link in youtube would be more than good . I would create a french playlist and the videos you recomend me .
