Hi,

I have upgraded sugarcrm to 5.2 but after the upgrade the Dashboard Theme has grey lines across the module Titles!
Has anyone seen this issue as yet?

I have attached a screenshot! Maybe i din't sorry...

Hi,

I fixed this problem!
The problem is when you upgrade sugarCRM, it change a gif file on themes in sugarCRM directory.
The gif file name is bgGray.gif, I fixed copying the old file to /var/www/html/crm/themes/sugar/images/

Please tell us how you manage to begin the installation of the new version?

I found this:

1. Download the SugarSuite Upgrade 4.0.0 to 4.0.1.zip (www.sugarforge.org/frs/download.php/921/...e-4.0.0_to_4.0.1.zip) and install it through Admin -> Upgrade Wizard;
2. Download the SugarSuite Upgrade 4.0.1 to 4.2.1d.zip (www.sugarforge.org/frs/download.php/2146...-4.0.1-to-4.2.1d.zip) and install like above;
3. Download the SugarOS Upgrade 4.2.1 to 4.5.1l.zip (www.sugarforge.org/frs/download.php/4713...-4.2.1-to-4.5.1l.zip) and install like above;
4. Download the silentUpgrade CE 5.1.0c.zip (www.sugarforge.org/frs/download.php/4875...pgrade-CE-5.1.0c.zip), unzip it;
6. Download the SugarCE Upgrade 4.5.1 to 5.1.0c.zip (www.sugarforge.org/frs/download.php/4876...-4.5.1-to-5.1.0c.zip) and run the silent upgrade;
7. Download the silentUpgrade CE 5.2.0c.zip (www.sugarforge.org/frs/download.php/5247...pgrade-CE-5.2.0c.zip), unzip it, download the SugarCE Upgrade 5.1.0 to 5.2.0c.zip (www.sugarforge.org/frs/download.php/5249...-5.1.0-to-5.2.0c.zip) and run the silent upgrade.

It´s the same steps that I did!

A problem with upgrade sugar to 5.2.0j.

If i use english then i can configure mail account inside the user and it works. (Sugar mail folders are sowing up in another language, from the language pack i have instaled)

If i use the language pack then the mail does not work at all.
You can see only the inbox and not the sugar folders, and if you have mail in inbox you cant read it.

A quick solution mabe is to say that no mater what language i use, for mail it should be always english.
But i cant find where is that setting.
I allready did that trick with callendar and it works.
I have always english callendar, but it works.

If anyone knows something about please tell me.
