RECORDINGS PROBLEM 1 Year, 6 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello, I want to upload my recordings and I get this error:

Step 1:
after pressing upload:
Successfully uploaded ivr.wav

It seems to be ok, but when I try to name the recording:

Step 2:

after pressing save:
[ERROR] The Recorded File Does Not exists:

/var/spool/asterisk/tmp/unnumbered-ivrrecording.wav

make sure you uploaded or recorded a file with the entered extension



Any suggest?
