I have created some extensions using GUI. But these are not saved in sip_additional.conf so that I can't register in Soft Phone with that extensions to make call. What is the solution?????? Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.

Without knowing what version of Elastix you are using try sip_general_additional.conf or sip_general_custom.conf Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.

I am using Elastix 1.5. This script "/var/lib/asterisk/bin/retrieve_conf" is showing no error. Still Sip_additional.conf is not writing the configuration of extension. Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.
