it's weird, some time after i first posted this I came back and could access the file fine, then i checked again after voxzone posted, and couldn't get to the file (just blank page in firefox with "done" showing on status bar) then today I get the file again. Maybe just something with my computer?

I had problems with a server and readed again through this document. I could solve the sound quality problems thanks to its great advices!!

Just try, right click on the link and select "Save target as...", save it on your desktop and open it with local adobe reader...(work most of the time)
