Hi,

I am trying to manage an inbound recovery campaign for outbound dialing.

I want to make use of Queue recording, etc. But I need the dialer to work such that the agents do not need to use the web portal or keep an open channel with the system.

I would prefer that they simply be fed calls based on the queue they are logged into.

Is there a solution for this?
