Hola a todos,

Quiero implementar un Predictive Dialer, que de acuerdo a una BD den umeros telefonicos, haga la llamada, pero envez de enviarla a una operadora le ponga un mensaje previamente grabada, tipo un aviso.

Puedo hacerlo con el modulo de call center ??

Gracias de antemano y agradeceria cualquier sugerencia.
