I have "Call Center" setup and running...
After the agent logs in, they are able to get the "inbound" call. But it never shows that the call was anwsered by the agent.
All of the calls "context" shows "from-internal", should this be changed?
I know this is a simple fix, I have googled everywhere.

I have got the same problem. After I set up inbound route to call agent via queue logs in call center are empty.
Any solution?

yo tengo configurado un Callcenter, cuando tengo este tipo de problema que segun entiendo al parecer es que los agentes cuando les ingresa una llamada no aparece en el modulo como una llamada activa, espero sea este el problema que tienen, cuando a mi me sucede este tipo de fallas voy a el modulo del Callcenter y en configuracion en estado del dialer doy click en la pestaña iniciar.

why are you reponding in spanish. I believe that if you can read the members concern and you have an answer to it, it is a common courtesy that you reply in the same language. Elastix is advertised to the whole world and not to only spanish speaking.

Hello yes only tha have you is click en callcentermodule--> settings-->click start dial elaxtis.
