I am looking for a reliable "High Speed" ISP/CoLo/partner in B.A. Argentina for a possible project "down there" , If any of my Argentinean peers can give any insight as to provisioning possabilities in that country, I would be "Muy" appreciative.

Hy Dicko, here in argentina are two mayor problems, bandwith is still expensive, specialy dedicated link w upstream vopip capabilities.
Jitter,filtering and unstable inet access on client side are every day issues.
Be carefull about resseler that claim to be HI-end isp,voip providers.
I try a cuople of services, idt, cableway, and so on with poor results.
