On November 25th, 26th and 27th, we administered our first Elastix Certification Training in the Argentinean city of Mendoza. During this opportunity we had 16 students of several cities of Argentina and Chile applying for an ECT (Elastix Certified Technician Training) . The instructor was the ECE Alfio Muñoz from our partner Aiatek.

As part of this course, each student was able to perform several practices from their laptops, conducting tests and configurations on IP telephony hardware, with simulations of real implementations.

Despite the tight agenda during these three days, we were able to find a space to enjoy the fantastic wine cellar in Mendoza, and its fine cuisine.

Congratulations to the new certified professionals in Elastix.

We keep working on the schedule for next year and we are trying to take courses in Colombia and Peru as well as add dates in the Dominican Republic, Portugal and Brazil. We are also working on scheduling a date for the English certification in Miami - USA and Australia.
