I will resume the steps to configure the call center module. It is important to know that there is a manual related to this and it is more specific.
- Create a queue for the inbound or outbound calls.
- In the call center module, look for the agents menu and create the agents.
- For outbound campaigns, in the call center module there are a lot of information to put in. (please read the manual).
- Go to the call center tab, in the configuration menu introduce the following log/password (admin/elastix456), confirm the password and then press start. Once this is done, please check the CLI for the messages. If there are error messages that keep showing and do not stop, that means that the autodialer is not working, please check, double check, triple check and check to the infinite (log/password and any other wrong configuration in the queue or agents). This issue, is the heart of the functionality of the call center module and all of the reports.
