Over the past month, while many rested, the core Elastix development team has been hard at work developing the new version 0.7. We have now reached a point where we can see the end of the tunnel and we like what we see. Elastix 0.7 has a great email web client and server. These are only some of the new features so stay tuned for more when 0.7 is revealed on March 20th.

Elastix needs your help to become the most global telephony appliance software around. We would like you to get involved and help us translate Elastix to as many languages as possible! It's easy to translate the code, just download the language file here, translate and send it back to us

The upcoming Elastix version 0.6 will be released on Monday, February 5th 2007 and will include localization support. English and Spanish languages will be included from the start and the software will be ready to support many more languages.
