We are using Elastix 1.6-13 and have been adding the extensions through the GUI, but once we have gone over 50 extensions, we can add more extensions in the GUI but when applied, the extensions_additional.conf file is only written with the first 50 extensions. We have ended up changing the file permissions to read only, and have had to manually add the additional extension we needed.

Has anybody else seen this problem, and knows of a solution it would be greatly appreciated.

We have also tried to add the extensions through the free PBX interface and had no success.
