Distinctive Ring for Inbound Calls

    How do I set distinctive ring on inbound calls so users can hear the difference between internal calls, and inbound calls.

    I've found the ALERT INFO field on both tine inbound route and the ring group. We're all running Cisco SPA504G, and I took a stab in the dark that adding n=Classic-4;w=3;c=4 to Elastix ALERT INFO, but the phone still rings with phone ringer 1.

    I can't find any clear documentation on how this works, or if it's possible?

    Set all the phones to the ring type that you want for internal calls (thats because there is no way of setting on Elastix for internal calls (not that I have seen anyhow)....so we are relying on the default ring set on the phone for internal calls.

    In inbound routes
    Just drop Classic-4 into the Alert Info. So incoming calls will use the Classic-4 as the ring tone.

    I am new to the Elastix systems and would like to set up a different ring tone for internal and external calls? I have a basic understanding of the system. Any help would be appreciated.
