Call forwarding on Yealink T21 not working

    Hi, i trying to set "allways forward" to external number, with prefix 9, but it not working, just busy, i read logs and Asterisk support ask to show my config, but in Elastix sip.conf is empty, with several commented strings... where i can find config file ? Or i can paste logs here and you help me ? :)

    Hi Gradash,

    This is the post for asterisk 5.0. According to your description it seams you are not using the version 5.0. Can you confirm which Elastix version are you using?

    emm, but i see only 2.x and 5.x versions here

    Thank you Gradash,

    Please try in the 2.X post. Since version 5 Elastix is powered by 3CX. So, I wont be able to help you if you have a version lower than 5!
