Generalmente cuando haces un IVR, y este no responde, debes revisar, dos cosas, que este activo el destino y que suena el tono dtmp correctamente, y segundo si habilitas o no marcar a la extension directamente....

So I am creating an IVR for our support department. i can't find what i am doing wrong.
i have set my inbound route destination to the ivr. when i'm calling i don't hear the ivr but at the end of the call i only hear 'goodbye'.
What am i doing wrong?
Are you sure that the incoming call is being redirected to the correct IVR? you can check this in the active calls.
